Check in lama, katanya data tidak ditemukan tidak tahu jenis kamarnya apa. Setelah dapat kamar lantai 3 tanpa lift. Sampai kamar wastafel mati karena kran putus, handle closet patah jadi harus buka tutup untuk wash manual. Mau minta pindah kamar di sebelahnya tidak bisa karena belum di make up. Aku bilang aku tunggu saja dibilang nggak bisa tenaganya cuma 2 orang dan sudah pulang. Mau mandi handuk tidak ada. Telepon resepsionis dianter cuma 1 karena satu lagi masih basah. Positifnya tempatnya cukup strategis dan boleh check out jam 13. Lumayan nggak terlalu lama tunggu kereta jam 14:40.

Room 304 toilet could not be used, the sink was broken, the room door was difficult to open and close, the pillow was deflated and the pillowcase should be replaced with a new one. Please pay more attention so that guests are comfortable staying at topstar hotels. For service it is good. Thank you
