Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

+ check in quite fast, nice service, quite close to shopping (closed due to Corona/renovation), hot/cold water runs perfectly, spacious room, nice city view (can be better I think). - AC took some time when turned on, the room little bit dirty (looks like it has been empty for a long time), the pillow a little bit dusty too.

Very cheap for a hotel at the city center. The staff were friendly, but they didn't provide our bathroom with a mat. They already knew it because we told them, but no further follow-up. The sheet didn't look clean, one of the pillow case still smelled funny. Check-in was 11:30, not 12:00.

This is my first time staying in a hotel room with rats. Checked in at noon, put my stuff and cake souvenirs (we happened to be from Bandung) and rested in Jakarta for a day before returning to our hometown. I put the cake on the table. The cake was in a box and in plastic. After walking around, I returned to the hotel at 22.30. We were shocked because when we were packing the cake box, it was broken and a piece of cake was eaten by a rat. My friend and I argued because there was no way there was a rat in the room. After packing, we rested to sleep because we had to wake up at 3 am for a flight at 6. At 00.30 there were sounds. At first I ignored it because I thought it might be from the next room. The second time there was another sound and it got louder. I woke up and automatically looked at the table (the remains of the cake that was eaten by the rat were still on the table) because I thought if it was really a rat, it would definitely come back later. For the price of one million, I expect good service and quality, the actual room 1101: 1. leaking water dripping from the ceiling right under the bathtub, 2. there is a gap in the parquet floor (gap) and the gap is dirty making it uncomfortable. 3.
