The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms and pool are clean, the location is easy to reach.

Complete facilities include a swimming pool, comfortable beds, air conditioning, cutlery, refrigerator, toilet and clean bathroom.

Stayed on January 21-23, 2026 at Villa Norte, the place is nice, clean, the linen is clean white, the pool is also clean 150 cm deep, the AC is cold, the hot and cold water is good. The service is okay, the admin is very helpful. For those who bring a car or motorbike, you can park in front of the reception area. FYI the reception area is open from 8 am to 8 pm if I'm not mistaken, so it's not 24 hours. The minibar snack is paid, in case anyone doesn't know, because yesterday there was no price list in my room, you can chat directly to the admin and it will be sent via chat. The villa guys were also very kind to help me deliver my ID card to the other hotel when I was going back to JKT, because I forgot to take my ID card when CO was in the reception position, it was still closed. Recommended for staying with family.

Overall, I'm very satisfied here! I've got 2 separate double beds, the private pool is clean, the building is also new. Maybe the position of the TV that is too high needs to be adjusted, if possible, there should be a roller blind for the bathroom window, so that it can't be seen from the villa next door.

The villa is really nice, clean, spacious, comfortable, the man is very kind and the service is very good, I want to go back! I would love to staycation in Norte.
