The villas are nice, clean, the ambience is comfortable and the food vendors are close to tourist attractions such as Jatim Park 1-2-3 BNS, transport museun, etc. Kitchen utensils and kitchens are available, there is a dispenser and refrigerator as well. The bathrooms have a waterheater. Very comfortable and satisfying

The house is nice. Only the bathroom has a shower, so it doesn't have a holder so it's a bit difficult if you want to take a shower. And the water heater smells a bit of gas. The door to the room is hard to close, it's a bit out of the hinge of the door. But so far the contents of the house are okay.

Strategic location in front of East Java Park 2, unfortunately the entrance alley is small, you don't have to worry about the problem of eating lots of people selling passing, starting from very cold packaged rice so even though without air conditioning it doesn't matter you can sleep soundly there are no mosquitoes, kitchen utensils are a bit dirty so if you want to use, wash again first o hotel?

Overall comfortable. This time-to-stay here, there are some corrections for the villa which in my opinion declined compared to the first visit. 1. The bathroom is very problematic, the water is too small and the hot water is not functioning properly, the toilet is also problematic. 2. The kitchen area is quite clean, but the kitchen equipment is dirty, it needs to be cleaned thoroughly. 3. There is no trash bin.

This villa is quite comfortable. Strategic location in front of JP 2, near Indomaret. Equipment for stoves, refrigerators, cutlery, mineral water are provided. Every morning & evening too many people pass by selling food (meatballs, bread, yellow rice). The minus: hot water is not fast, the corners of the room are not cleaned. Value (8:10).

The place is clean, but the bed is less comfortable and the one that makes minus the toilet is only 1 given a small bucket for bathing is not really good for families, the hot water is not functioning properly, the toilet is not functioning properly (flush), (The toilet cover is broken) and those who make it bad in the park are lots of cat feces if the door is open, there is always a cat coming in (lots of cats milling about). Overall this place is quiet and very close to East Park 2.

The villas are good, the interior of the villa feels like home. Strategic location for those who want to take a walk in Batu. Complete facilities for parking, TV, WiFi, cooking and cooking utensils, water heater, dispenser. There is a backyard too, wide but lots of snails. The front door please attach another curtain because it is too visible from the outside.

I would recommend this place if: 1. His house is not dirty, try checking the corners of the floor. Rear cabinets and others. 2. Try the owner to see what the cleanliness of the sofa looks like, the sofa cushion, the mat. 3. Please correct the toilet. Access to Jatim Park 2 and eco green park was very close. You can just walk. Very clean house. Only need maintain on the electrical plugs because it is dangerous children. If you want to go to Pasar Batu, you can find Angkot easily. It was very nice house. Would love to stay here again if visiting Batu.
