The room is quite spacious, clean, with a smooth TV, and a work desk and chair. There's a cafe downstairs, so it's convenient for ordering food. The water runs smoothly and doesn't smell. There's ample parking. Tip: It's best to use wooden chairs or chairs with foam padding to avoid stiffness.

recommended accommodation near the airport, in the morning you can walk to Seraing Beach in 10 minutes. Only the wifi around the 3rd floor is a bit troublesome... overall if I go to Balikpapan I will stay here again

Got a hotel that is quite comfortable, safe, peaceful, and can see the view of the plane landing, very close, I swear. AC is ok, bathroom is ok, clean and the receptionist is also friendly and nice. hopefully it will continue to survive.
* Input: it seems that areas where there are ants in the room can be checked and can be given something like ant-killing chalk to make the guests in the hotel more comfortable. thank you.

The staff service during the stay was very good, the room condition was also clean and comfortable, for the others, it was just a position that was not on the main route but could still be reached because the entrance road was wide and could be accessed from several directions... so in my opinion it is highly recommended.
