I paid a room for one night by app, on December 10-11. When I toke the room key, the receptionist confirmed that the wifi and hot water is not working. It is very unfortunate because it does not match the rate that has been paid.

Karyawan penjaga kolamnya subhannallah judes, cueknya minta ampun. Ga bisa nikmati fasilitas hotel dengan nyaman. Ga ada bedanya tamu nginap dan tamu yang cuma dateng mandi di kolam ๐. Karyawan kolam renangnya bikin cepat-cepat mau check out ๐๐ฎโ๐จ

First entering the service, masya Allah, the CS was very indifferent, then entered the room, the lights were off, asked to move instead of installing new lights. The water heater as listed doesn't work, and the soap equipment is like a 3-star inn.

Room 217 that I stayed in was not well maintained. On the bathroom door frame there was mold growing, the shower was a mess. Smells damp, the air conditioner is just the wind so it's not cold.
