The check-in was a pleasure. Kristen was phenomenal, very helpful and professional. Well done :) The hotel was really nice. The only low point was that the room was quite cold. The heating system didn't start till later. When we arrived, the room was cold. But, taking this aside, the stay was amazing.

The staff at hotel reception and manager are completely unhelpful. Any requests were met with the response that because I used a third party website for booking they accepted no responsibility for anything. The hotel should not be included on third party websites if the same standard of customer service cannot be expected. Reception staff and manager were rude and unhelpful. I will never return and would advise others to seek alternative accomodation.

Beautiful room very clean and tidy No bathroom shelf though to store toiletries Breakfast was disappointing ordered omlettes they were very dry and tough so we only ate a little of them
