Great place to stay. We came in from Canada and found the hotel without too much of an issue. Parking a few blocks away a little tricky but we did it. 2 person job to navigate and drive around 1 way street. $15Euero night. Great area 20 min walk to main DT where Domo is. Best restaurants 10-15 min easy walk out fav. Antica traitorio da Tito - amazing florenetine steak. Reserve best. Close hotel Libertà cafe great for cafe or cocktails in aft. Maria at front desk hotel was amazing. She was so helpful with directions and advice to us and other guests. I read many reviews and they see important for our decision. If you are like this and then you will be very pleased with a stay here. Well worth it.

Had a very nice stay here. The rooms are beautiful and clean, staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. All in all a lovely stay!

Very good Hotel. It has all the.amenities someone needs in a city like Florence. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Excellent room and bathroom. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. They will make for you a cappuccino in a professional machine to start well your day :)

Nice staff, good breakfast, walking distance to the city center. The only thing is that the hotel is outdated and definitely need some renovation. Unfortunately the garden wasn’t open so we couldn’t enjoy it.

PROS: The hotel is very close to the train station and public transportation stops. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with an early check in. Breakfast was amazing.
CONS: No air conditioning in the hotel until May. Which forced us to open the windows to cool down. Unfortunately that led to several mosquito bites overnight. There was also an issue with the hot water which led to cold showers for the family.
Overall, the stay was average. But served its purpose for a couple days.

Maria was great and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! On Nov 2024 the tram station near the hotel is not working, there is constructions everywhere, so you must walk at least 15 mins to get to the city center. It didn't bother us. We had problems with the room temp, but I would stay here again.

Overall a great place. The breakfast has great options and service. Staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed. Easy walking to the tram and buses. The only issue we had was the walls being thin and a group of girls next to us being loud throughout the nights we were staying. But not the hotels fault, just need to pack earplugs.

There were upkeep type of maintenance things like a damaged drapery in our room as well as knicked floorboards. Overall I expected more from a four star hotel property. The staff was kind though and breakfast good.

We had an amazing stay and the staff was very helpful. Kind of difficult to find/park if driving but otherwise a great spot! Highly recommend getting the room with the balcony so you can enjoy the city atmosphere more. Wish we could have stayed longer!
