The hotel has some of the friendliest workers. When I checked in, the front desk staff took my luggage to my room in the upstairs annex, even though it didn't have an elevator. They had a minibar close to the front desk, and were very keen to sell me the sparkling water "frissante". Breakfast was in a room in the main building. It had a good selection of items.

We were met with unfriendly staff upon check in, the front desk employee as well as other staff members were very rude and we felt very uncomfortable with that attitude.
