One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Free pick up from the station or town centre is a bonus. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The use of the swimming pool and spa were extra but not expensive.

I was just staying one night, but it was easy to find, the reception staff all spoke English which was enormously helpful. My room was lovely and had everything I needed including a large comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with excellent shower. Food was really good too, I had evening meal and breakfast.

We Loved our stay at Villa Fiorita. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it so much!!!! The staff were very friendly and very accomodating. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We had breakfast every morning and was amazing. They also have dinners available and they were amazing.. Very good food and service....Would stay here again if ever in Sorrento again...

Communication was hard. Breakfast selection was very poor. Dinner was very limited selection - but reasonable quality. Location is in the middle of an industrial area with a McDonald’s next door with a crazy queue of cars outside every night.

The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). I told the staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I spent a very uncomfortable night there. By the way, a better and far less expensive breakfast can be had a the MickyD next door

The hotel was clean & staff was helpful, it was a warm day & in the room it was a bit stuffy & warm. We wanted to put the aircon on, only to be told that it is not in use at the time of year. We were surprised that room comfort for the guest is not a priority. There was only a small flip widow that can be opened. I can recommend this hotel with reservations. Breakfast is ok for extra 3euros person

We had booked an economy room and was told these rooms only have skylights no balconies so we upgraded to a standard room which was fine. We had to ask for tea/coffee making facilities they we readily given at no charge. We used the laundry service which was good and quick. The hotel is next to a McDonald's and in a commercial area. Breakfast is ok but basic, no full english here, dining room uninspiring. There is an indoor pool and a besuty centre tucked away in the lower ground floor, a bit claustrophobic. There is plenty of free parking. The reception is small but the staff are great and very heplful. Hepl yourself to a free apple from the bowl in reception.

Driving into Barletta, it did not look very nice. We stayed there because it was close to Trani but we ended up having more fun in Barletta. Trani is beautiful but touristy. Barletta is more like a real livable city with a very nice historical center which gets totally filled up with locals on weekend nights. We had a great time. Reasonable prices on food, too.
