Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is close to subway line and near downtown, which made it a great location. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Very clean room, and the free breakfast has more choice then any other hotels I have been. Particular notice to the hotel staff, very helpful, and courteous. A particular thanks to Antonella at the front desk, for helping us out during multiple occurrences.

JFK hotel was good for us. Not too far a way from Naples City, just a few stops by underground.We still manage to go to Sorrento,Pompei and even Rome. Watch pick pocketers! looks like it is a serious problem on the trains.We picked the hotel because it was cheaper than any other in the city with very good breakfast included.A lot of pastry choices, red and white wine also available for breakfast :) Celia always done a good job setting up our room, clean and fresh bedding. Francesco and a lady on the morning shift was always helpful at reception. I would recommend the “Pizzeria di Napoli “ two stops by underground away from the hotel, with amazing good pizza and reasoanbly affordable so many locals eat there. Near hotel was also a nice steak house “Macellegrio” and if you end up at station Garibaldi in the centre “Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria da Donto”. After all a great trip , Italians are very friendly and helpful to tourists with out even asking for directions.

I booked this hotel as a 4 stars but it’s NOT. Room is too small, beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a box spring without mattress.. pillows so uncomfortable…had to sleep on a towel under my head.

Very nice property, well kept, nice rooms, unfortunately not in the best part of town. At night, walking the street was a little uncomfortable.
