We had such a friendly welcome and conversation with staff. The rooms were perfectly comfortable to come back to after a day out. Easily located and easy to find.

Great hotel, lovely and friendly staff, good breakfast options, clean and tidy. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and 40 minute walk from the historic centre of Bologna although there is a bus station outside the hotel which takes you close to the old town

On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful. Considering it is called a Boutique Hotel our room was really large with a balcony. Could not fault it. The hotel is approximately 20 mins from the center but at present the laying of new tram lines is causing real traffic problems. I think the buffet breakfast catered for all taste. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location doesn’t look safe place is fine but we were advised not to wear any jewelry or walk the streets in the evening it was dangerously this information was by the neighbors

Rooms could have done with some form of soundproofing as we could hear adjacent rooms and from above, however, we were so tired it did not affect us greatly. Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up. We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators off. Wasn’t unbearable but we like to sleep in cooler temperatures not the 23-24*c the room temperature was. The beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of plugs and usb points in the rooms. Big windows or balconies depending on location (we had big windows whereas others in our group who had the same room type had a balcony (no chairs or table though oddly - might be seasonal too). Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice, never ran out of anything and the staff were attentive. Our flight was cancelled so when we did finally get to the hotel it was very late/early - 3:30am. The staff on front desk were very caring and helpful. We probably would consider coming back to this hotel as we liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a few minor improvements as said above would have made it even more enjoyable

Travelled to Bologna with family including a toddler for work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice but small. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was included and had lots of options. Very close to Bologna Fiere and restaurants, Aldi and parks.

Ok, it’s about 20 mins walk from train statio. There is a bus stop yards from the hotel. The room I got was clean (and cleaned everyday) with ample room, a desk if you need to work, a safe, good hanging space, area to unload from suitcase, good size bathroom (shower not bath) and quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar which I don’t get time to visit. Breakfast was fine. Ok limited cereals and scrambled eggs for vegetarians but there is a reasonable enough options and TBH, I was filled and happy with what I got. No complaints. The one minor drawback and it has been mentioned, walls are little paper thin. I could hear conversations in the next room but then again they were talking a bit too loud and being night probably had some drinks beforehand. I had my earphones, so I was fine and TBH, bed was comfy and I slept fine. There is a fresh set of slippers for you and your partner and coffee/tea making facility. A paid mini bar is also present but I didn’t partake. There are decent restaurants nearby and a convenience store (albeit slightly overpriced imho) but it’s errr convenient so I’m fine with that. All in all, I got a good stay for a very good price and I was fine with it. If you are there to explore the city, this is a well priced place to stay. Busses run into the early morning. For the price I paid, I was more than happy with the hotel to accept it being slightly out of town. Good value. Good place

El hotel es muy bello, moderno, con habitaciones amplias y confortables. Excelentes las camas, aunque para juzgar la calidad de sueño, y el confort en general debo mencionar que en la habitacion hacía bastante frío y tuvimos que solicitar a recepcion que suban la calefacción y que nos den abrigo de cama que realmente era escaso.

Freindly warm greating from reception staff. Hotel was lovely and clean and so was our room. Our room was very accommodating for our family of 4. Lovely spead of food for breakfast. Night time was lovely and quite with good views of the city.

Great on site parking. Clean room, and good breakfast choices, which are free of charge.
