Futura Motel

The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel.

Only thing we like - bathroom. It is not a 4star hotel as it is rated. Expedia is making fool of rating. It is a motel. They gave us smoking room saying non-smoking...horrible smell, ashes on bed..yuck

Quiet motel within easy reach of motorways for access to Milan and Monza. Staff friendly and helpful.

They advertise a restaurant, but it is not at this location, you have to walk to it and it is expensive. The shuttle service is limited and costs 5 Euros each way. The breakfast is nice, but that is all that is available there. There is nothing to do or see anywhere close.

Filthy, by the 1/2 hour motel. Do not bring the family!!

Ich habe hier zur Messe übernachtet und der Preis war sehr günstig, daher kann ich nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, und insgesamt war alles für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Ein Spiegelei zum Frühstück hätte gefehlt, aber sonst war es akzeptabel. Besonders angenehm war, dass man das Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken konnte. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit frischer Milch anstatt Pulver wäre eine Verbesserung, aber insgesamt war es okay.“

Lors de ma réservation, j'avais précisé que je souhaitais une chambre non-fumeur. Cependant, lors de mon enregistrement à 15h, le personnel m'a donné une chambre fumeur. En entrant dans la chambre et en constatant cela, j'ai immédiatement appelé le service client pour demander un changement de chambre. Malheureusement, on m'a informé que l'hôtel était complet et qu'aucune chambre non-fumeur n'était disponible. J'ai essayé de rester dans la chambre pendant dix minutes, mais il m'était impossible de supporter une telle ambiance imprégnée de fumée. En emportant tous mes bagages, je suis retourné à la réception pour demander un remboursement. À ce moment-là, le réceptionniste m'a finalement donné la clé d'une chambre non-fumeur, qui était initialement prévue pour un client n'ayant pas précisé ce besoin. Ce membre du personnel s'est montré très peu professionnel. Il aurait été plus logique de me donner cette chambre dès le départ, car elle correspondait à mes exigences. Lors de mon appel pour signaler le problème, leur attitude n'était clairement pas orientée vers la résolution de la situation, mais plutôt vers une réponse évasive, en me disant qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres non-fumeurs disponibles. Le jour de mon arrivée, il faisait environ 20 degrés, mais le chauffage des toilettes ne pouvait pas être éteint, ce qui augmentait considérablement la température de la chambre. J'ai dû dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit, ce qui a permis aux moustiques d'entrer.
