Volevo estendere il soggiorno e naturalmente senza cambiare la camerata, ma nonostante l’estensione prevedeva altre 3 notti , il Front Office Manager Michela con giustificazione : Abbiamo un cliente affezionato che pretende quella camera….
Certamente per me era la prima esperienza in questo hotel sarei ritornato con molto piacere ma purtroppo …. Oltre il cambio camera dell’ultima notte, motivo per qui l’ultima notte abbiamo scelto un altra struttura e non mi ha fatto sentire “ welcome back”

Beautiful hotel and probably among the best in Cesenatico. Came in mid-June and things were still more quiet. Breakfast and overall service was excellent. Only downside was that rental of beach chairs was not included and when booking there was no information or option to include it, so those extra €50/day of rental came as a surprise.

Beautiful property with very good breakfasts. Spa not as good as advertised. They wouldn’t honor a massage package advertised on their website. Also, I only got 40 minute for a paid for 50 minutes. Better deals in other hotels nearby, but not much to do around this location anyway. Would not stay at this chain again.

Seems like a brand new facility. Rooms with modern lighting and climate and with balconies, even in the bathrooms. Great, huge, breakfast included with fantastic pastries, egg station, etc. Extremely friendly front desk staff. Was only there a night and will return.

The Grand Hotel Da Vinci is a wonderful hotel in the historic seaside town of Cesenatico. The rooms are well appointed, spotlessly clean with very efficient air conditioning (essential during the summer months) and the beds are huge and very comfortable.
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and helpful.
There is a wonderful outdoor pool, which is huge, with plenty of chairs/beds around. Also, there is an indoor pool with gym access and a spa, for beauty treatments massage etc.
We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis, and the breakfast buffet is something to behold - it is enormous and I’m sure there would be something there to suit everyone’s taste!
I would definitely recommend the hotel, although if staying in a room at the front of the hotel, it can get a bit noisy during the evening, so if you’re a light sleeper or an early to bed person, request a rear facing room.

I booked a week in this hotel, but could not stay there. My daughter in England had to go into hospital for surgery before we even arrived at the hotel. I had taken out cancellation insurance through Expedia but was told that because we had already flown out to Italy, we were not actually cancelling the trip, just curtailing it, so our insurance was deemed not valid. Then the hotel refused to refund any of our fee. So, no holiday, a daughter in hospital for 2 nights and then recuperation at home, insurance that was useless and a hotel with no consideration for customers. Two thousand pounds lost. Never again.
