If you list in your "features" a Work Out /Fitness Room. You should have one. The place you have is very , very small. the machines are damaged.

Camera pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, parcheggio coperto custodito, colazione varia e buona, staff cordiale ed efficiente. Consiglio la presenza di un bollitore con caffè, tè e tisane in camera.

Excellent but no kettle in the room

Amazing staff, shuttle service is awesome and almost free (2euro). restaurant on the premise is flawless, the dry steam room and turkish bath are awesome Maybe a bit far from the city but the shuttle in/out is seriously useful

Severe storm, so a few problems happened with water coming into the building.

Nice hotel but fell down on the basics - no iron/ ironing board available even on request and no laundry/pressing service. Very poor for a 4* hotel not to have this facility - so not suitable for business travel unless you want to turn up to your meetings in creased clothes. When I rang reception to discuss they advised in the morning I go to the shopping mall opposite and take my clothes to be pressed !!!!

주변에 엄청나게 큰 까르프가 있어서 마트 쇼핑에 있어서 너무 마음에 들어요. 중심가와의 접근성도 좋습니다.

It was surround by everything, very close to the train station.

Great location, helpful staff and relatively comfortable. The rooms could do with refurbishment as the interior is dated.

Overall good value

The stay was comfortable. Two minuses for a business traveler -- lighting and weak WiFi

The rooms are nice and clean ideal for use as a base but no te/coffee making facilities in room, for a big hotel with dining room and bar the bar was seldom open even in the evenings when we had been out for the day and just wanted a relaxing drink before going to our room bar wasn't open, during the day very reluctant to make you a tea or coffee so you can sit and relax. Breakfast was fine basic but edible we were here for five days and saw nobody eating in the restaurant not sure why this is. The hotel is in a nice area with eating places around it this was our second visit to the hotel but we felt last years visit the hotel were much more accommodating was disappointing as I took my dad for a special birthday and it just wasn't the same.

Good value for money. The hotel is part of shopping area (mostly food and cinema), so it was easy to eat there. 3 minutes from the Metro (subway), however you need to byu ticket for 2.5 EURO (one statiton out ouf downtown area).

Perfect. The best hotel we stayed in Italy and we travelled a lot and visited many hotels and b&b.
