Great location - very close to Train Station and Water Taxi - just off the Grand Canal and major tourist area - just 100 yards from major canal foot bridge - yet quiet and serene ally location. Room was quiet! Nice size room for family with 2 kids i their own twin beds! Nice shower. AC works which is a plus but it was not that warm while we were there. Plentiful breakfast. Elevator for suitcases. Great location!

Bathroom shower had no curtains. Water everywhere. No counter space in bathroom or bedroom area. Mold under disability bench in bathroom. Elevator too small and extremely slow. Only 1 person at a time. Breakfast crowded and mediocre. Requested city tax to be cash only but allowed room to be paid via credit card.
