• Children under 16 years old are allowed in the spa from 9 AM to 10 AM and from 3 PM to 5 PM and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Bathrobes and slippers are mandatory for guests to access spa. They are available for EUR 4 per person, per stay or guests may bring their own.
• This property charges fees to access the spa facilities (sauna, Turkish bath), and spa services.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 15 days prior to check-in. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, access to the pool is available by reservation only. Guests are required to reserve a time slot at the front desk at check-in. The listed facilities fee applies per hour (may be reduced to EUR 20 per hour on certain dates).
