What a gem. The location is superb, almost directly across the street from the main train station. Desk staff speak beautiful English and were very helpful. One couldn't ask for a better experience in Bolzano.

Staff were super helpful on arrival. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a great location opposite the station but within easy walking distance of the town square and the cable car. Good size room, although we had booked for our son too, who didn’t come in the end, so it was probably bigger than others.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Regina. The staff treat you like a family. They surprised us with a nice gift ( bottle of wine) after a long day hiking in the seceda.highly recommended hotel.
