The first thing that stood out to me was the employees at the front desk. They were very, very good at their job jobs. Very kind very helpful and informative. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking.

Hotel is clean and rooms are large. Not walkable. U need a car to go anywhere. There is couple of restaurants near hotel that are ok. Feels isolated. Lecco is about 18m drive.

Room is cozy and clean. Staff if very cooperative and helpful. Parking is good. Only thing I dislike is the train sound/noise And you have to ask the for the tee and water boiler which is making me uncomfortable. Please if you advertise the stuff please insure it's in the room. I don't have to ask for it every day.
