A gorgeous view of the Sassi and Matera. We were a quick walk from sites and food, plus had easy free parking close by. The staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. Be ready to get your stair-master on. There was an inside direct road into Matera Saadi center, but we preferred to wander the old part with gorgeous views over the valley. So up and down we went.

Lovely hotel and amazing terrace with the absolute best view over Matera. Wonderful breakfast buffet with great coffee served out on the terrace, staff were all very helpful and great to enjoy some afternoon drinks after exploring all day with an incredible view.

Location was so unique overlooking the Sassi . Nighttime was magical. We arrived early and Davide welcomed us; nothing was too much trouble! He arranged for us to have a coffee and custard brioche as we had missed breakfast that morning due to an early start. We could not have arrived on a better day as it was a special Festa and we were invited to see the fireworks from the balcony at 1am - front row seats!! We couldn’t ask for more from the entire staff and highly recommend this boutique hotel. THANK YOU to you all from Josie & Gaetano F.

A quick stopover on our way back to Rome. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Located in a central area close to old city. Breakfast was lovely. We had a standard room which was all they had left and it perfect with all that you need.

Staff were so accommodating and were very willing to help in every way. The cave room was clean and the property is close to everything you need. The view from the terrace was magical. What highly recommend. Parking was easy.

Room was great, the view from the patio which we booked it for was amazing! Very close to everything, staff were all amazing, especially David at the front desk who helped us with everything. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!
