• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 6.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.

The property will be renovating from March 13 2025 to December 31 2026 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Exterior
• Guestrooms
• Hallway
• Lobby

During renovations, the affittacamere will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
