Durante mi estadía en el Hotel Mokinba de Milán tuve algunos inconvenientes en la habitación: la ducha del baño se rompió y la calefacción no funcionaba correctamente. Sin embargo, quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención recibida por parte de Ángela, la conserje del turno tarde. Al comentarle la situación, actuó de manera inmediata y nos ofreció un cambio de habitación, resolviendo el problema con gran rapidez y eficacia.
Este tipo de gestos y respuestas ágiles son, sin duda, los que marcan la diferencia y contribuyen a que la experiencia del huésped sea verdaderamente placentera. Agradezco especialmente el profesionalismo, la predisposición y la calidez de Ángela, que supo brindarnos una solución concreta en el momento justo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The air conditioning wasn't working which was a shame as when we got to the hotel the room was hot and stuffy. Was advised as it's now heading into the winter months the air conditioning is no longer on. We had travelled from Switzerland on a train as part of our holiday that week. We arrived in Milan for one night for the Inter Milan v Bayern Munich football match. Staff nice and helpful. Room small but had what you needed.

Pas de restaurant dans l'hotel, tout etait donc froid au petit dejeuner avec des oeuf dur bleu a l'interieur. Pour 15 Euros c'est une honte, mention special pour les fruits disponible. Ma chambre etait au rez-de-chaussee, elle tremblait au passage du metro et je pouvais entendre le train. Il faisait terriblement chaud dans la chambre, j'ai du ouvrir la fenetre alors qu'il faisait 8 degres dehors. Le nombre de lumiere est tres limite et tres jaune, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal a me preparer le matin. Le miroir dans la chambre etait grossissant... celui de la salle de bain, normal. Le bac de douche est tres petit, je suis petite moi meme et j'ai eu du mal a prendre ma douche. Le gel douche est de tres mauvaise qualite. J'ai laisse mes valises a l'hotel apres le check-out, j'ai du aller les chercher moi meme a mon retour, la personne m'a indique la piece en haut des escaliers et je suis allee les chercher moi meme... Je repasse par Milan en mai, je prendrais le Melia hotel en face, jamais je ne remets les pieds la bas.
