Breakfast was very enjoyable, I used the pool and jacuzzi which was nice and relaxing, staff were very helpful and pleasant, the only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room .

The hotel was lovely and the staff were most helpful and courteous! The position of the hotel was also very convenient and within a short walk into Bardolino. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the top floor with views over the lake was memorable and one that i will remember for a long time, it really was special!

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. I cannot say enough about the three young ladies at the front desk! We needed to ship some items back to the states and they went above and beyond to assist us this is! They found boxes for us, created shipping labels and communicated with the post office to make sure everything was correct. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the lake shore shopping area where you find restaurants, shops and the water ferry. Beautiful area to visit and I hope to return some day.
