Perfect 3 day trip to lake Garda, the hotel is excellent, perfect location, clean, fantastic breakfast, great staff you won’t be disappointed.

Close to the ferries, good breakfast, Roman Villa n ear by, markets, added a day with no problems

Perfect hotel in Lake Garda! It is near the ferry and the train. It is also surrounded by shopping and dining. We were able to take the ferry to see some of the other towns round the lake. There were so many sailboats and wind surfers! A really fun location.

The breakfast was good considering it was a continental. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel overall is exceptionally clean.

Perfect hotel, central and ideally located for all local amenities and yet quiet enough to relax in the roof top pool - could do with coffee / tea making facilities in room.

The staff at reception were absolutely excellent and the breakfast was quite good, plenty of fresh fruit, sweet bakes and salads. The location of the hotel is ideal for eating out, shopping, ferry etc. The rooms however are not quite the 4-star experience and the level of noise coming from the rooms above was extreme. Basically, we didn't sleep well at all, even with earplugs. Any hotel is a gamble and maybe we just got unlucky with the elephants above us :-)

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… more than 5 star hotels we had stayed lately. Service was amazing. Location was absolutely the best. Breakfast was great in a super cozy and elegant setting. Pool area was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was super courteous with parking which was a huge issue for our family traveling with a toddler. Their dining recommendations were equally good as well.

Very welcoming hotel which is stylish and in a fantastic location, central to everything and a few minutes walk from the ferry to explore the towns dotted around Lake Garda. There was a lovely garden to sit in which we enjoyed sitting in for breakfast. The breakfasts were plentiful with a good choice.. The staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good location near the ferry port and train station. No free water bottle provided and no free coffee facilities which is strange. The breakfast is ok. You have to pay for an omelette but scrambled/poched eggs and bacon are free. It's an ok hotel I was expecting more for the money I paid.

We booked an Executive Room with a Lake View and was placed in an attic room with a partial lake view. When querying this we were told that the room was an Executive room and can either have a full or partial view. Went to the pool and there are no toilets which means you have to go to your room. No drinks or food service at all but when queried this as it states on their website that there is, we were told this only happens during Summer. No Room Service, no food at all is served between breakfast and dinner. To get a drink at the pool, you have to go down to Reception and order the drinks and bring them up yourself. There is no phone at the pool to order a drink. Breakfast is good, staff are OK but a bit surly if you question them. Air Conditioning was intermittent, sometimes worked, sometimes not. Best part of the hotel is the location. To Pay over £260 Euros a night, we would expect a better service than this.

Nice well located hotel but noisy outside and air con not very good

The staff surprised my husband with a delicious bottle of prosecco for his birthday. That was very nice.

Beautiful property just across the street from the lake. Be certain to book a lake view room.

Great hotel right on the lake and in the middle of town. Service was top shelf, staff professional and very friendly and the restaurant was top quality and reasonably priced. Our only complaint would ne no coffee or tea making facility in the room, but this is probably normal for the area. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and the ferry terminal is right across the street. Take notr that there is a street market on Tuesday from 9 till 2, so plan your visit to catch this.

Amazing view from the room balcony onto the lake. Great location for bars and restaurants. High quality in-house restaurant too.
