Excellent location!

Was a comfortable stay, older building with 57 stairs to room but we knew what we were getting into. Very good location and clean.

Amazing

We loved staying here! It was within a short walking distance of almost all attractions in Venice, except for the train station. It is very close to a main drop off location for the water bus. I do wish that the description specified that this property requires you to check-in at their sister hotel first, but it was maybe a three minute walk from where we were staying. No elevator and there are four flights of stairs—we were on the top floor.

Good location. Very clean. Ac worked well. Shower was tiny but good pressure and no hot water issues. The closet cabinets were pretty beat up and the fridge didn’t work very well. But overall for the price we were happy.

Air conditioning was good and strong. Located near brand name or designer stores, iconic landmarks. Safe and restaurants, other stores around. Walking distance to and from water bus stops and water airport shuttle stop. Clean area but didn’t find the residencia when I arrived. Should put up prominent sign.

Everything is fine for the property but they provided only one key for two of us that caused inconvenience.

We loved our room and its location. AC was perfect! Very easy check in process. The one concern we had was when we checked in we were told about a free taxi to Murano daily. We decided to do this to explore Murano, but it turned out to be a HARD sell on Murano glass. We were kept there for over 2 hours. We didn’t buy (crazy expensive) and when we wanted to go into town we were strongly dissuaded and ushered back to a water taxi. The taxi then refused to take us back to our original location and insisted we get out 28 min (walking) distance from it. We felt duped and frustrated. Beware!

Excellent location, very clean and the air conditioning is perfect. Reasonable price for those on a tight budget. Highly recommended.

Belle chambre bien près de tout

The room (97) was on the top floor and had a unique layout- bathroom, table and chairs, closet, hall on one level, then stairs up to the bedroom with railings all around and a very uneven ceiling, low in places. It was fancier than I expected, with large windows, interesting glass light fixtures and displays, and ample clean bedding and towels. The bathroom was comfortable. Best of all: The location was fabulous. We were absolutely thrilled to be able to run back to the room in between museums and meals to rest, snack, drop off purchases, etc. Being so close to so much of Venice was a real treat. All that being said, as other reviewers mentioned, be prepared for stairs, lots of stairs. I knew there would be, and we managed, but it was still a lot. I think there are nearly 60 to the top floor. There's also noisy construction going on in the next building, and the workers smoked constantly at the hotel door, so that smell got in more often than not. I'm glad we had some distance from that by climbing up so many floors, even if the stairs were tiring. The room smelled fine. I'd stay here again.

Chambre propre et confortable bien agencée. Salle de bain très propre et bien équipée.commerces de luxe a proximité. En plein centre ,a deux pas de la place St Marc. Situé dans une ruelle sans soleil .aucune vue de la fenêtre mais de vis a vis non plus .
