The room was clean, everything worked just fine. The staff was very kind and helpful. AC was excellent in our room and also throughout the hotel which was great for the current weather conditions. WiFi was decent. No complaints, would stay there again! Not far from all main points of interest. Would recommend!

The hotel was conveniently located close to St. Marco’s square. It was clean & the staff was friendly & amenable to helping with transportation. The air conditioning needed to be a bit colder for our liking & they were very accommodating with our request. I’d definitely stay there again. We also had friends staying in an annex room that was not as nice as our room but it was still clean, which is most important.

Amazing little find! In a nice quiet street, modern room, fab aircon. Love the Rituals amenities as a luxurious touch. This hotel is in such a good location, walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful and there is also a delicious bakery attached. There is also AC which was very nice during the heatwave. Just know that it is around 5-7 minute walk to any of the water taxis or buses and there is at least one stairwell to cross with luggage depending on which was you take, but overall not a bad walk. I would stay at this property again because it was perfect for the price.

The property was well maintained and was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Venice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Even though the property is just 3 mins away from St. Mark's Square and our room was just 2 floors up from a busy street, we heard no noise whatsoever in the morning, afternoon or at night. The bakery downstairs is a local favorite and guests get 10%. We loved the sandwiches there. Highly recommend this place!
