Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Title: Outstanding Service & Hospitality at The Saint Regis Our stay at The Saint Regis was absolutely exceptional! The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and luxurious—but what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service. A special shout-out to Karolina, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dining experience. She was attentive, professional, and always made us feel welcome. We’d also like to thank Francesco, the exceptional restaurant server, who provided top-notch service with a warm, friendly attitude. His attention to detail and care truly made our meals even more enjoyable. Lastly, Giulia, the gracious hostess, made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her welcoming demeanor and thoughtful approach added a personal touch to our experience. We highly recommend The Saint Regis—not only for its comfort and beauty but for a team that genuinely cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back!

My stuff got stolen by room service and although the hotel attempted to find it, they couldn’t. I was also charged €1,460 over the initial booking amount. I have notified the hotel and they said it would be corrected but it still hasn’t been.

Although we stayed in a beautiful suite and the location is perfection, I have to say that the services at the hotel were not the level we expected. There wasn’t ever a staff person at the door, concierge service didn’t seem to have much information or offer help, etc. We were in Florence for half of our trip and Rome for the other half, and compared with our hotel in Rome, this just wasn’t up to snuff. That being said, staff were kind when we spoke with them and those who worked at breakfast were lovely and on their game. I guess I’d say that when you pay St. Regis prices, every element should be perfection.
