Food was actually better than expected. Rooms were modern and keep up with. Only minor downfalls some staff can be a little rude at times. Also theres only one elevator for a whole villa which means you might have to climb stairs.

The hotel was very nice and updated, however being able to have access to my room at check in time was a hassle. Checked in around 12:30 noon ( checked in early) normal time is 3pm. I was never informed that my room was ready even after checking on three occasions. I was told it not ready you will receive an email, 2nd time its still not ready wait for email, 3rd time at 5pm oh its ready we need a supervisor to check off that its ready we will let you know. I went to join my other friends who checked in after me and they received their room right away. I do want to say that the concierge Nathan did track me down when my room was ready and he was on top of it even when he was on break. I also was not fond of not having any washclothes or hand towels available when my room was ready. When i asked house keeping that was on my floor I was told they do not have wash clothes. Their were also people in my group of 14 who did not have wash clothes available also. The entertainment was mid. Reminded me of being on a cruiseship with kids. Why was there no updated music especially caribbean music?. When you guys did play caribbean music it was only for about 5 seconds.

I loved everything except for the lack of umbrellas on the beach. There were a few trees for shade which we all need sometimes, but those spots were quickly taken. Other than that, ALL amazing

The hotel was nice but needed some upgrades. I was locked out of my room for 7 times calling the front desk and maintenance for change the battery for the key card . The front desk didn’t offer me to move until the day before I was leaving but felt bad to offer me a free massage ,champagne and a small bag of coffee which I declined couldn’t make up the time I wanted to enjoy with family and friends because of a door key card issue. It’s was one point I left a small item in my door so I could get into my room but also taking the risk of my items being taken. I would never stay at this place again and I’ve been many times in Jamaica and my experience has been A+.but this particular establishment receives a F for failure.

Everything about this resort was GREAT! We had so much fun, the food was so good, and there were so many fun things to do. The resort is right on a beautiful beach that is perfect for swimming. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The resort was very clean and up to date. Our room was cleaned and the mini fridge/bar was restocked daily. would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to go to Montego Bay!

Resort was nice and there was always something to do. The bar is always packed but they move fast and the employees know how to have fun. The food was really good and had a big variety. The people are friendly and I would definitely be back!
