My Husband and I just left Sea Shell Palms and couldn’t wait until we got home to post what a magnificent experience we had at Sea Shell Palms so we are doing it while waiting for our flight!! I don’t know how anyone can write a negative review because what we experienced was ALL positive! Ms. Meeks, Mr. Damien, Mr. Green, Mr. Richard and the whole staff went above and beyond in service and demeanor!! Great conversations, advice on places to go and accommodating all the way around! The whole place was clean and in order and our room was spacious!! The Jamaican breakfast was very tasty and had an array of options to choose from. They also have grocery stores, a restaurant and an ice cream parlor with the best homemade ice cream and cheesecake we have ever had called Twist! The proximity to everything is approximately 10 minutes! They even have security and police on premises for safety! If you want a great place to stay, this is the place to be! Thanks again, Sea Shell Palms for EVERYTHING!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights then I rebooked it for another 2 nights it came with breakfast which it could be improved a little better with bacon or ham, overall it was a very nice stay also there is a small shopping Plaza there, I would stay there again highly recommend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell Palms. The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming from security to housekeeping. They were approachable and helpful, especially Richardo, what a gentleman. Thank you guys for everything, we can’t wait to come back again. I also want to shout out Duplate restaurant on the plaza for accommodating us and preparing special meals for my husband, we appreciate your hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful every day, thank you.

This was my second stay at Sea Shell Palms. My first experience in May was very positive, so when I returned to Jamaica, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It is near Ocho Rios. Tower Isle is quiet and Sea Shell Palms offers great value for the cost. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests select what they would like for breakfast the day before and it is delivered to your door in the morning- delicious and filling.
Everyone at Sea Shell Palms is friendly and the balcony with chairs is a nice place to sit and relax, read, and talk with staff and other guests.
In front of the hotel is a plaza with everything I needed- grocery stores, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, post office, and church.
When I was at Sea Shell Palms in May, they were working on putting in a swimming pool. When I returned in November, the pool was ready and I enjoyed swimming laps. So my stay was even better this time.

1st let me say that the people that worked the property was nice and one of them even saved my life (jade), 2nd was the fact that there is nothing to eat in the area if the one restaurant closes, 3rd if venture to far away from the property and the locals realize that you're not from there, you may not make it back to your room, 4th the water is turned off at about 6pm and that's that, 5th if your toilet and shower work at the same time than you have a winning room, over all I'm all for supporting local businesses wherever i might visit but i like to eat and i would like not to be robbed by the pool, although they do have security and they are visible on the property but if you leave to go to the store you're basically on your own. Dont make tge mistake i made, go to a resort.

Properly was wonderfully peaceful and accommodating to me and my child. We had the suite and it was conveniently stocked every cleaning dat with watwr and juice as needed. Cleaning was grewat. Wifi acess was great. Water pressure and temperature was amzong. Definitely would recommend to all who want somewhere cozybto stay for a short time or extended stay. Plus the complementary breakfast everyday was delish! Thanks Seashells. Iwill be coming back soon
