This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe. The unit was quite large, plenty of room to spread out all our luggage, which was great. The rooms and kitchen were clean and nice. The only thing was a musty smell under the sink. We had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, toilet room, bath sink/washer room, bath room with soaking tub. There was a washing machine, which was very convenient. No dryer, but the bathtub room has a drying feature and two rods to hang clothes to dry from. There was a hanging clip rack for socks and stuff in the top of the closet. Hand and dish soap and sponge provided. Vacuum and wet swiffer in the closet. Nice bidet toilet. Sinks were nice and large, fridge was large. Provided utensils and dishes were useful. We didn't use the stove. Beds were pretty decent. Tables and chairs were basic, but good. There's the shoe area in the front, which was great as it was the rainy season. Large storage in that area which you could store your luggage in. As usual, the only 3 prong outlets are in the kitchen, but used an extension cord to get it to the living room. WiFi good. No lobby or reception, but keypad access to the building. Overall, very happy with this stay.

The apartment was simple but adequate for our stay. The location was quiet and a pleasure to return to after visits to busier parts of the city. Conveniently close to trains.

Everything we needed! Super close to train station and a nice quiet neighbourhood. One stop away from Ikebukuro is convenient as well. Very spacious and would highly recommend!
