The hotel is fairly close to station which makes it easier to travel around Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They also made some excellent recommendations on things to see and do in Osaka. Hotel facilities were good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to Osaka. Everything about this hotel is good EXCEPT for the location. It's not easy to find the hotel from the Shin-Osaka station. The closest exit to the hotel is EAST exit. Please use this exit only, don't go to the central or west. The staff members are very kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel amenities are good. The hotel and rooms are clean. Keep in mind that the room is quite small. My friend and I each had our own room. Therefore, I don't know how big is the room with twin bed. We are also not sure about the hotel breakfast because we didn't pay for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is good except for the location. This is the reason for the 4 stars.

The rooms are nice, of course they’re a bit small if you’re from the west but once you get settled they’re very usable. There was luggage space under the bed but they did not vacuum it all the way to the wall so my backpack had a bunch of dust bunnies on it when i pulled it out. The tvs Screen mirroring made me watch an ad just to pair my phone and then it didn’t work so that was annoying. Just add a YouTube button to those smart tvs that should be obvious. Breakfast is really good lot of selection and nice and friendly staff. Food was excellent in my opinion, except for the runny eggs. The egg omelette slices (tamago sushi style) were pretty good though so I can’t complain. Miso soup station and a soba station were awesome. Good coffee, wish they had half & half and not milk and not those fake creamer shots. Spa was really nice and the have tattoo stickers for you to use if you have a couple of small enough ones. My main complaint is with check in. The front desk REALLY struggled with our check in. Took way too long (like 20m) with them asking for my passport then they wanted my additional named guests. they assigned a room to one of my guests and not me. They need to train staff better on check-in. Their English was good but comprehension was clearly poor. They just didn’t have it together with check in. I work in hotels. There was 5 women working the front desk that afternoon. They just need to dial that in. Still a really good stay, with nice staff. 9/10

Hotel was close to Hakata train station which was convenient. Room was very small and would not recommend especially being a big guy. Have to step up into the bathroom and to take a shower you have to step into the tub which is very deep, maybe 2 feet. Not good for elderly. Was not impressed with breakfast as food was cold and I might have gotten food poisoning.

You couldn’t go wrong with this one. Rooms are compact so it was a bit difficult to manage space between two people but everything else was excellent
