It is located in the most convenient place possible. No matter where you need to go there is a bus or a train close to it that will take you there. Inside, everything is very comfortable and quiet. Lots of amenities and staff that's always willing to help you.

Very nice hotel, close to Shinjuku - about 10 min walk. Close to a few metro stations. Clean room, nice facilities, included breakfast (cereals, pastry, tea/coffee/juice). Free flow drinks in the lobby from 5 to 9 pm was a nice bonus. The staff at the hotel was great.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient, within quick walking distance to Shinjuku Kabukicho, and the complimentary morning coffee and donuts, free daily water bottles, and cozy lobby lounge were nice touches, the overall experience was far from pleasant. The room was extremely small and unclean, with an uncomfortable bed and pillows. The worst part was a fire incident that required evacuation, but the hotel's communication during the emergency was severely lacking—they provided no updates or explanations before, during, or after the situation. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was our first trip to Tokyo. Staying in Shinjuku was our first choice given the ease to move around the city. The staff was very good and could speak English. They kept the common area clean which was admirable given the volume of people coming down for breakfast. The rooms are quiet and we did not hear noise through the walls. Family friendly hotel and lost os nearby places to eat and shopping .

When we arrived to Tokyo , our first hotel
Was this hotel. And we were sooo happy staying here with our kids. The hotel is amazing and I wish more people would put a review. They had amazing continental breakfast included. The rooms were decent size. The laundry was on the second floor very convenient. They have happy hour for drinks between 5-9pm every day. It was in the central of the all the attractions. The staff was wonderful and water bottles were available. I wish more people would have wrote reviews about this hotel and how amazing it was.

The hotel is in much worse condition than photos on hotels.com indicate.
Hotel was tired, service was poor, not because the staff were bad but because there were hardly any staff on shift at any time
Buffet breakfast was messy and not nice
Hotel is very noisy but from internal noise and from the outside world.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Super helpful and friendly staff, the donuts and coffee machine made our days! Super close to train stations and just some walking to get to JR station.

The property was very clean and hygenic. The staff were also very nice, they upgraded my room with no hassle because our initial room was too small. The hotel is also in a very good location, being surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. It is also just a short walk from a couple train stations. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tokyo.
