Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Osaka Kitahama

Rooms were spacious enough for two people and the hotel was steps away from the subway.

Only real con we experienced was how small the room was for our party of 3. Otherwise, everything else was good. We loved the high quality soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. Some staff were English speaking but all staff were very respectful and front desk staff even helped us forward our luggage to our Tokyo hotel. Breakfast buffet is worth trying at least once or twice. Location is good relative to train stations and all the things we wanted to do/see in and around Osaka. We felt safe. Would recommend and stay here again, especially for a party of 2.

Great service Jonathan was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, but you need better bathroom towels very small. Overall I would stay there again.

Friendly staff , easy access to local metro subway. I had no issues checking in and the small amenities the hotel offers (tooth brushes, cleaning pads , q tips etc) was great. Also convenient store are near the hotel location.

Close to the station and close to the restaurants around the area.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on the highly rated reviews and pictures of the facilities however i was extremely disappointed. I am a bit ocd so i rated it a 2 star because it was not the worst but i will never return. Our first room as soon as i walked in the door noticed stain marks on the walls along with a roach. We decided to inquire about a refund but it was too late so they offered us a change of room. At first glance room seemed better but after settling in I realized there were wall stains which were able to be removed by a light wipe with a Clorox wipe! The pillow cases and sheets had stains. The bathroom towels had stains. I was miserable there. I covered myself head 2 toe while i slept. I didn’t want to eat in the room because of the roach. I had to go exchange towels multiple times. Jonathan was very accommodating to us and provided excellent customer service within his abilities. It was unfortunate to not have been provided with a discount or the ability to cancel the number of days spent there for a refund but i know that was not Jonathans decision so again he really helped to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The lobby and restaurant looked well kept but we didn’t eat there so cant speak on food. We did utilize luggage service to send our bags to tokyo and they did a great job with assisting us with this. Our luggage arrived next day with no issues. The location was great. Family mart, 711, starbucks and train stations within a block or so.

Room was not clean. Found eyelashes on table from previous guest. When asked to clean room , it was still there and they only made the bed and changed the towels. Room was pretty small as well. Can hear every time people open doors as well .

Coffee machine only open after 2pm

Short metro ride from the livelier parts of Osaka but some good dining options in the vicinity too.

Loved this property! It wasn’t convenient to shops/restaurants but close to the subway. would definitely stay agin!!

Nice stay, just thought the nearest transit exit/entrance was far from the hotel
