Clean and very convenient location

Very convenient location. Extremely clean rooms. Close to train. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Great check in and out process! Highly recommend!!

Nearby station noise like traffic in any city, not a problem for us. Being so close to two stations, one on the Osaka loop line, was very convenient. The Hankyu Oasis supermarket about 1 minute walk away is great. Would definitely stay there again.

Very close to train stations.

The property was conveneintly located near 3 train stations, and a grocery store. The apartment was clean and had all the amenties needed for a small family. Can stay again and will recommend.

Laundry was convenient for travelers like us with kids .

Great location with easy and quick access to subway & train stations, restaurants, and stores. Check in was quick and easy, timely & professional response from management, clean & big bedroom, clean kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, toiletries and laundry detergent was a plus. Only negative was the train noise between 5 am-1am. Can’t have all but I was there to explore Japan, and to see the beautiful blooming flowers. Therefore, quick and easy access to subway & train stations was my #1 priority. By the end of the day (20K+ steps) I was glad that I didn’t have to walk far back to the hotel. Respect the culture, keep Japan beautiful. Wonderful experience, great people and great food.

It was basically a mini apartment home during our stay in Osaka! Super convenient to have a washing machine and kitchen to cook your own meals if you wanted to. The only warning is that it's nearby the Noda train station which is both very convenient for transportation access, HOWEVER, can be very noisy and disruptive especially overnight. Luckily my family are heavy sleepers so it didn't affect us too much, but it might be disturbing to some others. The amenities table does provide ear plugs if needed. Otherwise, we loved our stay here and would rebook it for our next visit to Osaka!

The room was very clean and closer to the JR, Metro and other public transports.

Great location for exploring Osaka

It's a well-located, small apartment close to the subway but VERY noisy. The train tracks are across the street. They provide earplugs for free, but I could still feel the trains. The apartment has a washing machine, and they provide laundry soap for free which is nice. The bathroom has a function to dry clothes. Keep in mind Japanese double beds are smaller than normal.

The apt was an excellent value for the price. It was clean, it has a washer and clothes hanger and the shower room has sauna and clothes drying capability. Tub was spacious and had auto settings. We stayed on the 5th floor and we never heard the train.

Great location and quiet

Easy check in! Great location!!! Food options at every corner and train station pretty much right outside the front door. The room was spotless and perfect! The bathroom is spacious and there’s a washing machine as well

Clean rooms, and the addition of a laundry machine was great. The apartment building is close to convenience stores, a grocery store and many places to eat.

amazing apartment for a long term stay for vacation! property provides utensils, pots, pans everything including a kitchen to make food etc rather than going out to eat! comfortable, clean and located in a nice area. it’s slightly noise due to the JR station Noda located down the street that travels besides the apartment! it stops after 11:30pm! i’d recommend bringing your own pillows and such because the ones provided are very flat, hard and slightly uncomfortable! an extra plus is it has a washer and a drying room that also is the shower/bath area. i really loved this saved the hassle of dirty clothes and having clean ones on hand everyday. i absolutely love my stay here at bon osaka west, next time i visit osaka i’d definitely be staying here again. if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable stay i’d highly recommend!! another good thing to note is there are many grocery/ convenience stores nearby either my walking distance or by train!

Location of subway was great but you also heard every train pass by in the room.
