新市街から近くて良いロケーションですね。部屋も清潔で露天風呂もあり最高でした。値段も安くてお値打ちだと、珍しく嫁さんが褒めていましたのでまたよろしくお願いします。ただ立体駐車場の幅が183㎝までで、私の車は入りませんでした。
気さくな駐車場係のおじさんが近隣の安い駐車場を教えてくれたのが良かったです笑

チェックアウト時忘れ物があったのですが、丁寧にご対応いただき大変助かりました。
ダブルルームでしたが大きい机があり、仕事を普通にできるので助かります。また屋上の大浴場は眺めも良く、清掃も行き届いており快適でした。てきれば、脱衣室に体重計を置いていただけると嬉しいです。

We have great experience staying in this Hotel. The room is spacious and well designed for 4 people. Enjoyed the roof top Spa , the breakfast bar also serves quality food 💕with great views.
We loved the location to the shopping dinning and to Castles as well. Highly recommend to who want to find a place to stay in Kumamoto.

Room was spacious and comfortable but cleanliness is spotty. Found a strand of pubic hair in the shower and a dried up contact lens in the room. Mildew on shower curtain and mold on edge of bathtub. Extra bath towels will not be delivered to your room, you need to collect them from reception. Room slippers are not disposable, so are they clean? Near to main shopping street and has a spa.

You can check the washer & dryer status from the tv screens in the room. Spa is open from 3pm to 11am the next day, i.e. overnight

Great location, roomy, comfortable bedrooms, clean and lovely staff. The spa area was lovely and open over a long period during the day. The big disappointment was the buffet breakfast. We got there for the last serving and many dishes were gone and/or luke warm in the bain maries.

Great location, we could walk or take the tram easily anywhere. We liked the comfortable room and bed. Nice onsen. The breakfast had a good selection. Our only complaint is that the coffee is weak and terrible

Very nice hotel- good-sized room (felt brandnew; we stayed in a 4-bedder), classy PJs, comfortable beds, very clean bathroom, above-average breakfast, clean his/hers (with separate key) onsen. Definitely good value for money. Highly recommended.

部屋のキーが使えなくなって、風呂上がりに20分ほど待たされました。部屋に入れず、そのまま待たせられて、他の部屋の人も変な目で見られ、もう少し対応があってもいいと思ったし、お詫びもなく、原因もたまにありますと言われてびっくりです。
