A good location hotel. Near transport points ( taxi stand and train stations), shopping areas. Take taxi to Osaka castle within 15min and around Yen 1900. Except room toilet is small. And hotel toilets at lobby level only a few.

The rooms especially the bathroom was extremely small making it very difficult for a family of three to move around. I was asked by the staff to make my own bed and when I called for extra towels (there were only 2 towels for a family of 3), I was asked to come to the reception to get it. The place stank of cigarettes in the lift and corridors. The staff was helpful overall and the breakfast was decent.

Tourist friendly and everyone speaks English so you don’t need to worry, the bath houses or “sky spas” are a nice experience, just be sure to abide by the little rules. Breakfast is always full with new refills of fresh servings, rooms are nice, but do be aware that room service does not include cleaning, just a refill of water, the trash being taken care of, and new towels, at least from our experience. Great hotel overall.

Close to dotombori and 13 minutes walk to mamba station . Next time we are going back to of Osaka . Candeo mamba hotel is my #1 hotel

The location is excellent. Dontonbori is just just around the corner 5min walk, aeon food supermarket is 1minn walk. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was great. Rooftop onsen is a beautiful place after a busy visit during the day. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing that may not be perfect is laundry, which costs 1700yen to wash and dry. However, at least they have the facilities

Clean room; GREAT staff. The onsen on the top floor is so high quality and clean too. I loved that it was walking distance to Dotonburi and a few train stations which made it convenient to explore Osaka and Kyoto.

Check in was easy, room was spacious, relaxation area was nice. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday and would’ve loved it the items were warmer. Hotel was really close and walkable to the trains. Stay was going really well until we arrived back to our room after being out all day and the cleaning staff failed to close our hotel room door. Immediately contacted the front desk and but there was no further follow up.

Amazing location, polite english speaking front desk staff, clean room, small but manageable, broken cabinet door for small fridge unit 734, no safe, spa at the upper floor, wifi connectivity is really bad. Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market within walking distance. Please improve your wifi connectivity, it’s not easy to plan the day without proper internet connection.
