A spacious room with pretty decorations. The location of the hotel is great. It's walking distance to a lot of shopping areas near Namba but it is not located at a noisy area. The amenities the hotel provide are great and sufficient.

El hotel estaba super hermoso. Mucho espacio. Los empleados fueron muy amables. Le pusieron la cunita a mi hijo. Lo unico que no me encanto fue el desayuno. Pero es un lugar muy estrategico para tiendas y esta bien cerca de Dotonbori.

Beautiful room with a view

The hotel is very new and we love all the captions posted around the hotel. Design and layouts are very unique and well thought-of. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is good - 12-15 mins walk from Namba station and yhe surrounding area. It is also surrounded by restaurants and small shops. We had an excellent time here and wished we stayed in this hotel longer.

Our room was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of thoughtful touches, friendly staff and perfect location! We had the best time!

Super clean super helpful staff, beautiful room design with high ceiling so while room is not big (not small either by Japanese standard) it feels very roomy and comfy. I will definitely come back and stay again. I also did backpack for days between my stay. The staff is kind to let me store the luggage for a week. Super helpful.

Perfectly located within walking distance of everything you’ll want to see and do. Just 10 minutes from Dotonbori and Namba Station, and only 15 minutes to Tsutenkaku Tower. New hotel with larger western style rooms.

Nice modern room and friendly helpful staff

Hyatt staff was amazing. We arrived late at night after leaving another hotel that had fire. Hyatt is clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms may be small but they have utilized every inch to feel spacious. The bathroom was large. What was most helpful is the staff. We had a sick child and needed to get the medicaiton. Unfortunatley, it had been sent to Tokyo pharmacy. Natsumi was amazing whenI asked her how to call the pharmacy. Natsumi took over late at night and spoke to the pharmacy, was able to find a pharmacy in Osaka late night that had the medication for my child's ear infection. Natsumi arranged a taxi to take came to the pharmacy across town at 9 p.m. and to bring back. I am greatfull for her kindness.

Pros: great location and price. Very modern hotel and new. Has the same look and feel of M Citizen hotels by Marriott. Overall it’s great value for money and is geared toward budget friendly traveler. Cons: noise cancelling is bad and we couldn’t sleep because of street noise. Also the bed mattress is very hard. We don’t mind hard mattresses but this one felt particularly uncomfortable to sleep.
