Excellent stay in Kure. Room was very neat and spacious. Service was also amazing.

The hotel was within a walking distance from a train station, and they also have a shuttle bus. Not much around the hotel, but there is a nice supermarket near the station. Just two blocks from a harbor. The harbor has a nice view and is relaxing. The staff was very polite and kind.

The property was excellent. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The only issue is with the amenities. Myself and the other 5 US military personnel were not allowed to use any of the amenities such as spa, pool, massage, golf simulator.
We were told that because we have tattoos we could not use the services.
That was extremely disappointing. And honestly felt discriminatory.

良かった点:
ホテル内、室内共に、とても綺麗でテンション上がりました。
ショップの品揃えも良くて楽しめた。
部屋の窓からの眺めも最高でした。
朝、窓から海軍の訓練が見れたのも良かったです。
子供もとても喜んでいました。
お部屋のお風呂のシャワーベッドのミストは気持ち良かったです。
残念だった点:
スパのクローズ時間が早く、楽しみにしていたのに利用できなかった。夕食後に利用出来るように、23時までは営業していて欲しかった。
部屋の1番奥のベッドが一晩中ずっと揺れていて、寝ることができなかった。ベッドヘッドの木材が軋む音がパキッパキッと不定期、かつ連続的に鳴るのも耳障りでした。何故、1番奥のベッドだけが揺れているのか？
朝食には本当にガッカリしました。
家族全員、楽しみにしていたので、この場所で合ってるのか？何か手違いがあったのでは？と思うほどでした。Webで見たのとは全く違う。返金して欲しいくらいです。
もう2度とここには泊まらないな、と家族全員が心に誓う程ガッカリしました。品揃えも味も、何もかもが本当に酷い。色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、人生で最悪でした。
お部屋が綺麗で良かっただけに、色々と残念な点が多かったホテルでした。
恐らく、従業員の方からは見えなくて、気づいていないのではないかな？
もっと上手くやれば評判のホテルになるのに、勿体無いと感じました。

朝のチェックアウトがお一人だったので、
待たされてしまい、出発が遅れてしまったのが
仕方がないとは思いましたが、少々気になりました。

街の中心地から少し離れていますが、送迎サービスがあり、不自由はあまり感じません。

お昼も2階にある呉濤（ごとう）というところでMachico御膳を食べたのですがとても美味しい！！そして、たくさんのスタッフさんと話せて楽しかったです！

２度目の宿泊。
呉市の中心街からは少し離れるので飲食店などは遠くなるのですが、車があれば近所の大型スーパーなどで買い出しができるので、飲みに行かず部屋でゆっくり過ごす派の人にはおすすめ。
部屋は広くて快適。呉に行くならまたここに泊まります。
