Amazing experience and one of my fav hotels I stayed in during Japan. Staff were SUPER friendly and accmodating. Rooms were great. The place seemed brand new. Good location between all the hot spots of Kobe. Def will visit again!

Convenient location, some construction/roadworks in surrounding area which made it a bit more difficult to get around with young kids.
Room was fine but pillows are beanbag style which was a bit too lumpy for us

Close to train station, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Close to main shopping areas and very good buffet breakfast. Service mostly Japanese customers, with limited English. This wasn’t a negative thing, you just need to be aware.

There a lots of supermarkets and restaurant around this hotel. However, we find the chair in the room is fully of dirt….feel a bit uncomfortable

First impressions weren’t great, walking past a lot of construction sites to get there but once I saw the room things improved . Great use of space , nice bathroom , comfortable bed, didn’t hear any street noise and nice breakfast . Area is close to a few 7/11 type stores and not far from restaurants and cafes . It’s actually in a great spot . All you need to do is walk through the station west gate and you’re in the thick of things .

Location was so central for Kobe. Love the library cafe offering coffee and tea and little snacks. The breakfast has good selection of Japanese food and also salads, yogurt, fruits and pastries etc. The staffs were always so helpful and we find our hotel room very comfortable. We don’t have any problem with the bed or pillow, maybe it’s a personal preference thing.

Sushi train next door, other cheap restaurants (udon, raamen, beef bowl etc) very close by.
30 second walk to convenience store.
Lovely clean rooms! Great views from 13th floor corner room - thank you for this great place to relax and enjoy Kobe!
Helpful staff.
Nice cafe area - free drinks and snacks all afternoon.
