The place is few minutes walk from the premium outlets. The rooms are big compared to other hotels in Japan of the same rate. The staff are accommodating and you can leave the luggage while you shop. There is Family Mart, 7/11 and a supermarket. There is also a coffee shop nearby. The place is very quiet at night as if no one lives in the place. The breakfast is a Japanese style. Will stay again in when I come back.

Great stay, conveniently located near Kiyama's gymnasium where a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition we were participating was held. Breakfast was surprisingly nice for 600 yen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a budget hotel for all purposes. I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights. No complaints. My kids like their breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was large enough.

I was in room 406. I couldn’t get Wi-Fi most of the time (very intermittent). Didn’t sleep well as I needed connection to sort out travel plans and had to keep waiting for the connection. Asked the staff early next morning and the elderly man just apologised for it. I could get Wi-Fi at the ground floor so had to sit there to use it for a while. Was told my room didn’t include breakfast and so I asked if it could be given since I have been sitting there just to use the Wi-Fi and he didn’t obliged and said I had to pay for it. Felt that I booked and paid for the room with Wi-Fi too and I didn’t get it so he could at least do something nice and complimentary. Otherwise good to just stay the night over.

Decent basic hotel, tv not even hd !! Breakfast was ok, not many variety but still ok !! Check in manager was rude, questions ask were ignored !! Dun expect much security from this hotel because most time no one manning the reception !! You can juz drop your room card and leave, what if someone pick it up and abuse it !! Free parking if you are driving.
