3. Quiet location yet centrally-located and easy access to McDonalds, the TK-05 direct airport bus/limousine, and the nearby American Village;
4. Toothbrush and other toiletries provided;
5. Kind, friendly & helpful hotel manager;
6. Air purifier in room;
7. Hi-tech toilet;
8. Free room cleaning once a week;
9. Water, snacks, laundry detergent, and other items available for purchase in lobby 24/7;
10. Nice wooden workdesk with swivel chair;
11. Kitchen has a hot plate, tea kettle and good-sized fridge with freezer;
12. Available front desk support via WhatsApp;
13. Free same day luggage storage after check-out or before check-in time.

Place was awesome. Owner let me check-in even when my payment wasn't going through. He refunded me back for my unused parking days, even though I told me him he didn't have to. Quick and easy access to a lot of restaurants around. Really good place if you want something simple and inexpensive.

Cheaper than a hotel, but just as nice. Very fast internet, quiet, easy to find, great customer service. I flew in late and got there at midnight and had zero issues. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great stay, I spent 8 days with my girlfriend there. It’s meant for couples or no more than 2-3 people. That staff were very friendly and always asking if I needed anything. I will definitely give it another visit whenever I’m near Chatan.

The location in Chatan is excellent if you do not want to stay on the beach side of highway 58. There are restaurants, covalence stores and a food market within a short walking distance. One of the best Chinese restaurants on Okinawa is a short 50 yard walk.
The owner was available everyday and made every effort to greet the quest. We had a group of 10 and all had no problems.
My only suggestions was to place a chest of drawers or some piece of furniture to unpack your clothing if you have an extended stay as we did of two weeks. I will stay at the Comfort Plus during my next trip and hope the owner understood how important it would be to have a small chest of drawers.

The apartment is clean, tidy and cozy, really feel like home.
Separate toilet and big bathroom with bath tube. Not many kitchenware inside kitchen though...
There was big balcony and good to have free car park.
Very pleasant stay in general.

We stayed for 3 nights and are pleasantly pleased with the amenities and the comfort that the hotel provides. This is a no-frills fairly new facility and the rooms are clean. About 5 mins drive to American village.
