I plan to stay here next time I travel to visit Disney. Super close to the station, just a short train ride to Disney, and super affordable. Only $40 USD per night when I went. Breakfast was good. Staff didn’t know any English but we managed with google translate and my limited Japanese. Room was very small but perfect for me as a solo traveler.

It’s close to the train station, and the room rate is affordable. For this price, I don’t think I can ask for too much. They provide hot water, but don’t offer ice water. And only offer one room key.

We stayed here for three days while going to Disney. The room rate was good for Tokyo. I think $40 a night. I think because it's out in no man's land. There is nothing nearby within walking distance except the Lawsons right downstairs. Google said there was an all-night restaurant about a block away, so I walked over and found out it was in a Love hotel. It looks like the 2 places behind this hotel have rates at 4-hour increments. Anyway, I digress. The hotel is also very close to the train station, so that was super convenient. It's two stops away from Disney. I think if I did it again, I would find a place nearer to Disney or one stop away that has food near it. The hotel was good. The room was big. had two twin beds. Probably could have squeezed 4 in there in a pinch. But we had 2 rooms for 4 people, so plenty of room. Breakfast was included and decent. curry and rice. some other things. Coffee was crap, though. real weak like brown water. The staff was pretty helpful, though I didn't really have any problems I needed them for. All in all, happy with our stay there.

**Great location for Disney, but room storage is very tight** **Pros:** * Fantastic location for Disney lovers—just two train stops away on the Keio line, and the station is only steps from the hotel. It's also an easy 20-minute train ride into central Tokyo. * The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious, filling, and offered a great mix of Western and Japanese options. * Super convenient with a Lawson and another convenience store right outside. * The staff went above and beyond, especially when helping us book a taxi. > **Cons:** > * Storage space in the room is practically non-existent. There were no dresser drawers or closet space, and the bed frames don't allow you to slide luggage underneath, making the quarters feel very cramped. > * The onsen was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the guest laundry clothes dryers are not very powerful. > * There are very few sit-down dining options in the immediate neighborhood.

Tokyo Disney Resort was part of plan for my trip together with my wife and so we really liked the location as the hotel was a short walk away from Ichikawa-Shiohama Station which is two stops away from Maihama station that gets you to Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel switches out towels every day which was nice too. Small, clean, and simple.

Staying for Disney so hotel offered all that was needed for busy and short stay. Room was smaller without good space for cases but bed was comfortable, bathroom did the job and the location was perfect for early morning trips down to Maihama and the Parks. Staff were helpful on checkin and hotel is right on the station, but quiet and you wouldn't necessarily know it - which was another benefit. Not a lot of amenities but had everything needed for a short stay where sleep was the key objective.

The best hotel I ever experienced. The staff was extremely accommodating. Being right next to the train station was the cherry on top. The Lawson in the middle was top tier. The breakfast was amazing. I also had the best showers of my life here. I never had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I really miss this hotel. Highly recommend especially if you have little kids. I stayed with my son and husband. Also close to Disneyland.

First of all, the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. As foreigners, it was so lovely to have that experience. The room was easy to find and once in, it had clearly recently been renovated. The only issue with the room was that around the shower/sink area there was a damp musty sort of smell. Likely because there is carpet is that area. The beds were really comfortable and the lighting was great, having the ability to change the brightness and colour of the lights was great being with kids. The kids loved the room! The breakfast area was smaller than expected, and definitely wouldn't have been large if the hotel was anywhere near capacity but we were able to find a table for 4 ok. The offering wasn't quite as expected, having some bread we could toast would have been a great addition. Small addition but it would have been great. However, what we did have tasty. Checking out was super simple, even at 6.30am when we had go for our first train towards the airport. Overally, I'd say the stay was fine, the price was fab for Tokyo, so accesible for the train station and more importantly, Disneyland!

I was very satisfied with the location, facilities, cleanliness, and soundproofing. I believe it is a very good hotel for the price. However, I was not aware that check-in was self-service. It might create a more positive guest experience if the staff warmly welcomed guests, confirmed whether it was their first visit or a return visit, and then guided them accordingly through the self-check-in process. Nevertheless, if I visit this area again, I would certainly choose this hotel again.

I was very satisfied with the location, facilities, cleanliness, and soundproofing. I think it is a very good hotel for the price. However, perhaps because check-in and check-out are self-service, even when there are staff at the front desk, there was no emotional interaction such as a welcoming greeting. While there are certainly guests who prefer this, especially after returning from Disneyland, the contrast was quite noticeable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location, price, and proximity to Tokyo Disney are unbeatable. The room was cleaned by staff to excellent condition but the window of our room was poorly maintained. There was mold growing under the window sealant. The sealant should be replaced. The sealant was also broken in some areas, leading to moisture buildup into the room. My wife was feeling sick every morning because of the musty condition. The moisture issue needs to be fixed.

The room was the standard Japanese shoebox, but the beds were comfy, the amenities were there, and the price was great. Hotel was clean, VERY conveniently located next to a station, and the breakfast was very tasty, with a decent mix of Japanese and western foods. You can judge a hotels clientele by whether they have natto in the breakfast spread or not. Obviously most people will be staying here if they are going to the Disney resort, just keep in mind there is literally nowhere to put your luggage in your room. We have a double twin room and we barely had anywhere to put our backpacks. lol but all in all, great hotel! Also there is a Lawsons basically in the lobby

The room was clean from surface however the air vents and underbed where very dusty... i the mattress was not comfortable at all it was sagging in the middle and for some reason i felt super itchy in the sheets.... the bathroom was clean and a great size... almose bigger then the bedroom areas... the breakfast was layed out everymorning however not many options for vegetarians accept pastries and half a pot of cornflakes...also the lawsons next door had one veg dish cheese and hashbrown gratin which was out of stock on my second night so went to bed hungry after a long day at parks... great location literally next door to station however ylu can not hear any train noice. I qould stay agin only due to location
