The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful with packing up delicate items before we travelled. They also offered free decaf drip coffee bags which is extremely rare in Japan and was very welcome. The location was convenient for various sights. The room was a little tight as we had three people staying in a room, so an extra bed had been added; without that it would have been quite good.

오카이도 시내에 있어서 위치는 진짜좋음 방청소도 매일 부탁했는데 깔끔하게 정리잘해줬고 조식도 도미밥도 나오고 과일 빵등 구색이 잘갖춰져서 좋았습니다 다만 주차타워가있지만 주변 주차장들에 비해 주차비가 비싸서 렌트카는 다른곳에 주차했어요

The hotel is presented in excellent condition. Staff is friendly and helpful and most staff has good English competency. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is parking is slightly expensive at 1200 yen a night.

Good location for Matsuyama. Easy to get to the castle or shopping area, and right in front of a tram station (within 2 minute walk). Quiet despite in front of the large avenue. The bus station to distant locations such as Osaka or Kurashiki is next door.

Room didn’t feel clean. Sheer curtains were dirty. Bathroom was fine but the massage chair could have used a cleaning as well as carpet in room. Breakfast was only ok.

This hotel is best described as "tired". It has seen better days. In my room the carpet was dirty, the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and the water gurgled slowly out of the sink. The sheet on my bed was torn in two places, and I wondered if it would last the scheduled three days without disintegrating. When my daughter went into the bathroom, she was greeted by a large insect on the floor. Personally, I would not stay there again.
