Nice service. Room is spacious & tidy. Only the public bathroom is a bit small.

All the front female staffs were curtious EXCEPT one male front desk staff was rude. He was there on 11/18/25 at 10:40 AM local time. Our one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast had both western and japanese food. Room temperature can be lowered to comfortable cool setting, very comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location very near the train station and it was also walkable restaurants, shops and parks.

Another brand new hotel in Japan. Super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, wonderful bed and bathroom. Great sparkling clean onsen. Very close to rail station and limitless restaurants.

I had a very comfortable stay and both myself and my wife love this hotel so much. The front desk is very nice and helpful. Hotel and the room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is really awesome. Location wise, it is just opposite the Toyama station
