nice place to stay and clean

This property was ideal for us as a family of 4 with teen children. Full size beds for everyone which were lovely and firm and comfortable. The location was brilliant - nice and quiet but easily walkable to the bustling Dotonbori. The apartment is well kept and clean. Highly recommended.

Everything good except the electronic door lock sensor didn’t function properly for 5-10 minutes one night

Excellent apartment. We stayed in a room with a separate closed off sleeping area for our 6-year-old which worked really well. Facilities are great. There are three konbini within a minute's walk and 10 minutes walk to the Osaka loop line. Impressively quiet

E-Stay Namba is an excellent choice for staying in Osaka! Its location is perfect, with countless shops, restaurants, train stations, and attractions nearby. The staff was accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time. The property itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the guest lounge on the ground floor, complete with seating and a toilet for added convenience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka!

E*Stay Namba is an amazing place to stay. The studio is spacious and has an equipped kitchenette. There is a 24x7 big grocery store TAMEDA across the street. It has the best good at incredible prices. Will definitely come back. The only thing about this place is that it's fully automated. So, receptionist hours are limited.

It looks great clean and amazing area but the staff is not responsive.

2 laundromat nearby ! The property is clean and fully equipped with things that you need. Comes with plates and cups that you may need if you bring supper back to the apartment

The apartment was in a nice location with a subway station that was around a 5 minutes walk. There is also a 2 convenient stores around a 2 times walk as well as a grocery store that you can see from the apartment. The bulding itself has a eleovator, which was perfect with having a heavy luggage. The security is storng only people that are staying have access and the main entrance door you need a code to get in. The apartment itself had a nice decor, sitting area, desk area and a balcony to relax. The only negative that I have experience is that there is a washing machine which is perfect but when I when to use the washing machine there was a good amount of mold on the side were the lint catches as well as on the top rim of the machine. I did contact the manager of the building they did apologies and offer to have it cleaned but I told them they can give me the product and I can clean it myself. I let the bleach settle for many hours but the mold was not coming out. The fact that the mold was not scrubbing out ,told me that it has been there for a while. This is a hazardous issue ( I am asthmatic) and I did have a bit of hesitation if there was anything else in the apartment that had mold and has not been managed. One of the reasons I did reserve at this property was for the washing machine as I was traveling to multiple cities In Japan. I would consider staying at this property but would want the owners to be a bit more cautions in the future.

Everything good and clean, suit for family

Accessible to 2 different stations, convenient and there are restaurants near by. We had a good dinner at the near by restaurant. We stay for a week and is value for money. Recommended 👍
