Hotel is excellent in a great location. Rooms are great, clean, snacks, and a souvenir fauchon canvas bag. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Sophisticated design, attentive service, and those delicious in-room treats made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived ,we were treated extremely warmly and professionally. The staff went out of their way to assist us with restaurant recommendations and reservations .Our room(facing the mountain) was fabulous and had all necessary amenities. All in all this was a fabulous stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it to other clients

Fauchon was a beautiful hotel with fun, eclectic extras and friendly staff. It was one of our favorite places to stay while in Japan and a great location if you want walkability.

The hotel is a fantastic place, location is convenient in immediate proximity to public transportation and in walking distance to Gion. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast- really good. New and modern rooms with all amenities.

This hotel is so well situated in the city with easy walks to many of the sights and lots of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious. The snacks in our room were plentiful and we were encouraged to take them with us to enjoy on our journey. We would return on our next trip.

Everything was fresh but little selection at the lounge for alcohol and food. No pool or Jacuzzi.

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect and convenient to everything. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The facility is new and clean. The reason for taking 1 star off is because of the food. My stay included breakfast and I was looking forward to a continental style breakfast. However, the options are limited and I wish there was more variety on the menu to CC oose from. Taste wise, I have had better tasting breakfast elsewhere at a lower tier hotel. In summary, I think hotel can do more to revamp the breakfast menu and offer bigger portions/more variety of food.

Excellent staff, food, and service.

We had a wonderful stay in two rooms for our family of 5. The rooms were spacious and stylish, and the breakfast was wonderful. We also loved the location - very close to Gion district and lots of delicious restaurants. Central to the various sites we wanted to see during ing our 5 day trip. Both the lunch and dinner were formal, but delicious!!!

Luxury. The room was perfect. clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff were fantastic and always offered to see if there was anything else they could help us with. Location was great. Easy walk to find food. We spent 2 nights and enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend.
