Best hotel in Kyoto. Exceptional staff and personalized high level service. During our kid sickness hotel arranged free transportation and translator staff for us in hospital. They provided us with many free amenities and complimentary breakfast. This hotel has beautiful garden and amazing tea house, one of best in Kyoto and this garden itself is place where you can spend all day enjoying in beautiful environment. In overall: exceptional hotel and service

We had an exceptional experience. From the moment we set foot on the property we received a warm welcome & the service felt customized and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us . We were also traveling with small children and they loved their stay and the staff so much that they didn’t want to leave . I highly recommend this property!

This hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about the service. The room was upgraded without asking. There were birthday surprises in my room every day. The music and ambience in the hotel were top-notch. There were always offering activities. Valet in the concierge’s were amazing and helpful With restaurants and getting us to our destinations.

This hotel offers a great experience with its exceptional service. However, I wish there were more dining options available, as the nearby area seems to be quite inactive. Additionally, the garden could be improved by installing better lighting to make it usable at night.
