The hotel is very plain and could use a refresh. That said the breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff was helpful.

No parking.

I booked a non-smoking room but I smelled smoke as I walked down the hall to my room and the room even had an ashtray so not sure if that's a smoking room or non-smoking room but I didn't like the smoke odor in the room. Also, considering how much the room costed per night, the facility needed a major renovation. I stayed in much nicer places during my trip in other cities for a lot less cost per night. Knowing this, I would consider staying else where next time.

Great to be so near Maizuru Park and the PayPay Dome and shopping. The staff and service at the hotel was as excellent as you'd expect in Japan, and even as a traveling family of 3 with 3 suitcases, in the room with 4 twin beds we could totally make the fairly spartan accommodations work. The biggest issue we had was a fairly constant pounding sound -- unsure if it was from the HVAC system or (as we were on the floor just below) the washing machine(s). It was like someone in the hall or an adjoining room was periodically dribbling a basketball. We didn't leverage the restaurant, but the fare available looked good. We walked 6 or 7 minutes down to the pristine Mister Donut.

Terrible bathroom. Not dirty, just a bad layout for the shower controls and the water temperature was inconsistent.

It is off the main pitch but it is accessible and quiet!

Unfortunately, when I booked; my room was not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom had mold, (in the walls and shower curtain) the walls were thin. People were loud making it hard to sleep. Also, there isn't much variety for food to eat at breakfast. You only have 2 options to choose from.The location is a great and convenient. That's about it.

It's a business hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Exactly what I needed, with ready access to Ohorikoen.

Way too expensive for what the room had to offer which was not worth 16,000 a night at all. Tiny tv, tiny room, cobwebs on walls and floors. Not worth the money at all, ripoff. Very unprofessional and not even a clean room.

Everyone is very friendly and smiles. I was greeted every time I passed a staff member. My room was cozy and clean. I also liked how easy it was to walk everywhere. The Ohari Park is beautiful and near by. It's also an enjoyable walk to seaside Momichi and the tower-if you like walking! I would definitely stay here again. Staff members, thank-you!!

The location of the hotel was very confortable. It was literally 10ft away from the exit of subway st.. Staff were very kind and helpful. And there is very nice and decent restaurant foodwise abd pricewise as well (Izakaya) at 1st floor.

A good bed, but the walls were very stained and dirty, also the bathroom had mold growing in many places. But a convenient place to stay if you are going to the Korean Consulate.

Easy access from Tonjinmachi, Tenjin and Nishijin Station. Close location to Ohori Park, and about 15 minute walk to Yahoo Dome. Great location if you are to a concert or baseball game. The price is very reasonable. The room is basic and no frills but you will spending more time outside and exploring the rest of Fukuoka. Only two stops away from busy and lively Tenjin District or one stop away from the more residential and mellow Nishijin District which has the Mexican restaurant, Ell Borracho Carbon. This branch of the local Mexican restaurant franchise has the best service from the warm and friendly staff. The staff at Heiwada were are warm and friendly and understand a bit of English. I asked for a taxi and they called right away and taxi came in 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet has enough variety of hot and cold items for one or two days of stay. It is very convenient since there are not many choices for early morning dining within walking area except 7-11. Definitely, worth its value for privacy, price and convenience if you are planning to enjoy the parks, stadium or shopping and entertainment that is all within 20 minutes away.

Went for business stay for one night . USA consulate is 7min walk and beautiful park is hear by . Closer to everything and center for Fukuoka . Price is cheap and nice clean little place . Will go back again .
