2階のロビーにレストランがあり朝は朝食、夜は寿司居酒屋のようです。荷物をフロント気付で送っていたのですが、チェックアウト後に届くまでそのレストランのスペースで待たせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。施設も新しく綺麗で、周辺にコンビニや飲み屋もありますがうるさくない、とても良いホテルでした。

Just a little bit walk from subway station nearby park. Clean but still old. Breakfast can choose only japanese or western for 1 set , almost same. i forgot foam cleanser but when ask hotel there said nothing found.

The location of this hotel is good for going to the live venues in the area, but a bit far away from the central Tenjin area. The building is very dated, although it was clean in the room. Amenities and staff were both great! Good price for a short stay in Fukuoka.

Wouldn't recommend the hotel. It was very cheap. I'll give it that. I guess you get what you pay for. The room smelled horrible. Like mold everywhere. I thought it was just our room, but I asked to check out another room and it was the same. Just a moldy smelling hotel. Good location and very cheap though. I'm going to splurge an extra 20 bucks and stay at a better one next time though.

Stayed there for one night with wife and 8 month old baby as I had to attend a business meeting in Tenjin. The hotel is old but was clean. Room size was typical Japanese size. the breakfast was pretty decent and was quite filling. The free coffee/juice bar from 6.30am till you check out was quite nice. The staff were quite helpful, and with the kid i felt they were being extra nice. We drove there and parking was reasonably priced considering the location. Limited number of spots and quite small that it can only accommodate sedans or smaller vehicles. I am a bit on the large side and the toilet was a bit too cramped and I was surprised to see a hotel without a washlet at a hotel in this day and age in Japan :) The corridors to the rooms had a strange smell of air-freshner/cigerete-smell- remover. Thankfully it was not there in the rooms. The room had a full sized window that lead to a common balcony which was dusty and had cigerette butts.

It is a value for money hotel and location wise, is fairly central. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the central area of tenjin. From tenjin subway station, take the exit 1 (left stairs), turn right on the first corner after SUNKUS convenience store. Walk around 8 minutes (2-3 blocks) then left (you will see another convenience store on your left and a park) just walk straight until you reach the hotel. There is a nearby ramen house which is good (pls ask the reception). As per hotel, Wifi is only at the lobby but when i tried connecting in the room, it connected successfully as well. Breakfast is purely drinks like coffee and juices, breakfast food is optional for a fee. The room is clean, comfortable and relatively small but it is within the japanese room standard size. I would highly recommend this hotel (good value for your money) but if you dont want to walk 10 minutes to the central area, you can opt to find hotels on the other busier side of tenjin.

The window opened to an abandonned balconny not maintain in any type of way. And only thing you could see from the 6 floorr is the side of another building. No qtip were provided. Didnt have any iron for clothing. But was very quiet, climate control worked to ones liking. And no wifi was available. Pretty much got what you would expect for the price.
