Hilton Kyoto

We had amazing experience in Hilton Kyoto. It has to do with excellence all around - great location, outstanding customer service everywhere, beautiful room, good breakfast, excellent Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. They have big swimming pool. I enjoyed it every day.

Hilton Kyoto sets the standard for hospitality in every sense. From the moment you see the building. The use of space, design of the building is pleasing to the eye. Proof that huge landscaping, a beach backdrop is not required to have a nice property. It’s classy, functional, welcoming. Talk about welcoming, our tiny drama had nothing to do with the hotel, but the staff made it their own. Osaka baseball tickets scheduled for delivery did not arrive as planned. Super Tigers fan YUI came to the rescue. Her patience encouragement for over an hour gave us hope. Takuma, at the front desk a couple of days later help us call seller and the issue was resolved. Taiyo from concierge who I never got to meet was very helpful from Miami. Yes breakfast was awesome with many goodie’s. Our room was extremely clean, portioned to create privacy and gain functionality. Before I forget; the staff looked like they al came out of VOGUE magazine + full of kindness. I hope I enjoy another stay at Hilton Kyoto. The new standard We will use to compare future hotel stays. Thank you very much, Sincerely AJ & IJ

The Hilton hotel in Kyoto was superb! Super clean, central, rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were gutted to leave!

Nice staff, perfect location, walkable from shopping area. Great hotel condition

The hotel is new, barely over a year in age and still has the “new” smell. The rooms are very tasteful in decor, and very quiet despite the hotels close location to a busy street. Highly recommended. My one recommendation is that when the hotel is full that the breakfast spread be enlarged and cooking stations be added as in other properties. It felt as though the staff was overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Everything was just perfect! Excellent location, great staff who helped with everything needed. Very high service and the food is perfect. In addition to breakfast, we ate twice at the 7 embers restaurant and every dish was very tasty, beautifully presented.

Amazing stay. Beautiful clean luxury Hilton. The best thing was all the staff they are very helpful and provide exceptional service. Will be back highly recommend. One of the best Hilton’s I’ve stayed at.

A superb property that punches well above its price point. The hotel has a beautiful and high quality interior and exterior design. The rooms in particular are fantastic, combining highly aesthetic Japanese design influences with comfort and usability. The general quality of the materials used through is high. The staff are another highlight, clearly well trained, helpful and friendly. A delight to deal with. We very much enjoyed the breakfast offering each day, as well as the access to the executive lounge. The availability of parking on site was also very helpful during our stay. Two small suggestions for improvements would be: 1. An alternative solution for the temporary storage of guest luggage awaiting onward transfer. This is held in the lobby and diminished the stylish space somewhat. 2. The main breakfast area is very busy at peak times. Perhaps the layout of food items could be updated to reduce bottlenecks. For example, the coffee, juice and bakery stations, which tend to be the most heavily used, are all located next to one another. We were fortunate to have access to breakfast at the executive lounge. This was a much quieter and relaxing experience. The quality of the executive / suite level amenities is high and well worth considering. Overall a 10/10 property though. This was our second stay and we will definitely return.
